I’m so excited to share with you some of my favourite images from Bea and Lee’s wedding day. I had been invited to help capture the day’s events by their official photographer, Emmie Scott. Emmie is an amazing photographer, a good friend of mine and luckily for the couple, the groom’s sister. Bea and Lee tied the knot at the Camden Town Hall on a sweltering hot day last summer. I can honestly say that I have never experienced such a joyful and heart-warming ceremony as this one. An opinion shared by both the guests and registrar. The whole day was vintage inspired with a touch of the 1930s. Bea wore a stunning ‘Jayne’ dress by Eliza Jane Howell and despite the heat, Lee looked cool and dapper in his Duchamp suit. The vintage theme really turned up a few notches as the newlyweds left the registry office to the sound of Frankie Lymon’s ‘Why do Fools Fall in Love’ and with their guests boarded a classic routemaster bus which carried them in style to the reception held at the Amadeus in Little Venice where the celebrations continued into the night. I have so many fond memories of the day and I really hope you enjoy the photos!
